1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the online store True.Store, operated by:

These Terms regulate the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of users and the seller, and the relationship between True.Store and its customers.

2. Availability of Information

The seller undertakes to always provide the following information:

  • company identity (name, address, tax number),

  • contact details,

  • essential product characteristics,

  • prices including all costs,

  • delivery terms and shipping costs,

  • payment and delivery methods,

  • validity of the offer,

  • conditions and deadlines for withdrawal from the contract,

  • explanation of the complaint procedure.

3. Orders and Contract Conclusion

Purchases can be made as a guest or a registered user.
The contract of sale is concluded when the seller sends the customer an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices are in euros (EUR).
The seller is not registered for VAT; therefore, VAT is not charged and will not appear on the invoice.

Accepted payment methods:

  • bank transfer (pro forma invoice),

  • card payments (if supported by Shopify),

  • other methods listed on the website.

5. Delivery

Products are shipped within 1–3 working days after payment is received.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed before checkout.
Deliveries are made by Pošta Slovenije or GLS.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
The withdrawal notice must be sent to info@true-tt.com or by mail to the company address.

The customer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the notice.
The only cost incurred by the customer is the direct cost of returning the goods.

A refund will be issued within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice; however, the seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received.

The customer is not entitled to withdraw from contracts for:

  • goods made according to precise customer specifications or personalized items,

  • perishable goods,

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.

7. Complaints and Defects

If the customer receives an incorrect, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable product, they have the right to file a complaint.
Complaints must be sent by email with a description and photographs.
The seller will confirm receipt of the complaint and reply within 8 days.

8. Personal Data Protection

The seller protects all customer personal data in accordance with GDPR and ZVOP-2.
Data is used solely for order processing, delivery, and communication, and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Liability

The seller strives to ensure that product information, prices, and delivery times are accurate and up-to-date, but reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

The seller will acknowledge receipt within 5 working days.

11. Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions are published on www.true-tt.com and come into force on the day of publication.
The seller reserves the right to amend the Terms.
