Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the consumer must send a clear statement of withdrawal to:

or by written notice to our business address.
Return Procedure
The customer must return the goods to the address below no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice:

The only cost incurred by the customer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods (shipping costs).
Returned goods must be:
-
undamaged,
-
in the same quantity,
-
and in the original packaging,
unless the goods were delivered damaged, defective, spoiled, lost, or their quantity was reduced without the consumer’s fault.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received, including the original delivery cost (where applicable), no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until:
-
the returned goods have been received, or
-
the consumer provides proof that the goods have been sent back,
whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise explicitly agreed.
Complaints and Material Defects
Consumers are entitled to claim a material defect on the purchased goods within 2 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Slovenian consumer protection law.
The consumer must:

describe the defect, and
-
notify us of the defect within the statutory time limits.
Once a valid claim is received, the company is obliged to:
-
repair the defective goods,
-
replace the goods, or
-
refund the purchase price.
